This policy governs cancellation and refund conditions for digital subscriptions and services provided by ProfitScout. By purchasing our digital products, you agree to this policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests are valid only within 1 hour of the initial purchase and before access to the digital product (e.g., indicator access) has been granted and activated.
No cancellations will be allowed once digital access or any other access associated with your purchase has been activated and provided to you. This is due to the immediate and intangible nature of digital product delivery.
2. Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the digital product has been granted. This policy is in place due to the digital, non-returnable, and proprietary nature of our indicators, educational content, and tools.
Specific Scenarios:
- Access Not Received: If you have made a payment and have not received access to your purchased digital product within 48 hours of payment confirmation, you must contact our support team within 7 days of your payment date to investigate the issue. Failure to do so within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the right to claim non-receipt of access.
- Approved Refunds (Rare Cases): In rare and exceptional circumstances where a refund is deemed appropriate and explicitly approved by ProfitScout, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original method of payment.
3. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind after purchase.
- Lack of Platform Experience or technical understanding of how our tools or platforms work.
- Misunderstanding of Product Features despite product descriptions being clearly stated.
- Dissatisfaction due to Market Conditions or failed profit expectations. Our tools are educational, not guarantees.
- Request for Account Deletion or subscription termination. Subscriptions can be stopped, but accounts are not deleted as per our Terms.
