This policy outlines the cancellation and refund conditions for all digital subscriptions and services provided by ProfitScout. By purchasing any plan or subscription from ProfitScout, you agree to the terms below.

1. Cancellation Policy

ProfitScout subscriptions are digital products that provide instant access upon payment. Once a subscription has been activated and access provided, it cannot be cancelled.

Since all plans offer immediate access to digital tools, cancellation requests are not applicable after activation, regardless of usage duration.

2. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the subscribed plan or digital tools has been provided.

However, ProfitScout may consider refunds in limited and verifiable cases, at its sole discretion:

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

  • Duplicate Payments or Multiple Transactions: If a user is charged more than once for the same plan or makes multiple payments — whether due to technical error or misunderstanding of renewal/upgrade terms — ProfitScout will verify the transactions and refund any extra payment(s) not applied to an active or valid subscription.
  • Access Not Received: If a user makes a successful payment but access to the subscribed plan is not activated within 48 hours, and the issue is verified by our support team.
  • Technical Processing Errors: If a confirmed system glitch or payment processing error results in an incorrect charge or failure to activate the intended plan.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product after activation.
  • Misuse, unauthorized, or unintended use of coupon codes or discounts.
  • Intentional or fraudulent exploitation of pricing or system loopholes.
  • Violation of ProfitScout's Terms & Conditions (e.g., sharing access, distributing content, or unfair use).
  • Market-related losses or trading outcomes resulting from user decisions.

ProfitScout tools and screeners are designed for market analysis and education only and do not guarantee any trading outcomes.

4. Discretion and Timelines

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@profitscout.ai within 7 days of payment..
  • Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original mode of payment.
  • ProfitScout reserves the right to deny refund claims that do not meet the above criteria or appear to involve misuse.

5. Right to Modify or Update Policy

ProfitScout reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
